40 min Daily Grounding Hip Release Flow | Breath-led Yoga to Reset & Unwind
This practice has a grounding quality to it — low-to-the-floor postures in a slow, mellow flow. Perfect for first thing in the morning to wake up the body or at the end of your day to prepare for sleep. We focus on the hips and pelvis, using breath practices to calm the mind and stimulate circulation in the lower abdomen. This practice is especially helpful if you spend a lot of time sitting or feel tightness in your hips. It's not vigorous, but there's enough movement to gently warm your body and provide relief.
