DROIT DE RETRAIT ET FORTES CHALEURS : ce que votre employeur ne peut pas vous imposer
RIGHT TO REFUSE WORK AND HEAT WAVE: WHAT YOUR EMPLOYER CANNOT FORCE YOU TO DO What should you do in the event of extreme heat when working conditions become unbearable and your employer does nothing to adjust your work? The right to withdraw from work exists in the French Labor Code to allow individuals who believe they are facing a serious and imminent danger to leave work, with full pay, to protect their health and safety. This is particularly relevant since the entry into force on July 1, 2025, of the decree of May 27, 2025, concerning mandatory workplace adjustments in the event of extreme heat. Now, the alert levels issued by Météo France (green, yellow, orange, and red) each require a certain level of consideration from the employer regarding temperature. In this video, I explain everything in detail, offering my expert advice: how to exercise the right to withdraw from work, as well as the right to raise an alert regarding serious and imminent danger, what employee representatives can do, and how to avoid being penalized for abusing this right. This video is likely to be of interest to employee representatives, members of the Works Council (CSE), members of the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT), and union delegates, whether or not they are members of the CFDT, CGT, CFE-CGC, FO, CFTC, UNSA, SUD Solidaires, and FSU unions. It is also relevant for former members of the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CHSCT). ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ CONTACT ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [email protected] ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ RELATED VIDEOS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬ Other videos on related topics: "SEVERE and IMMINENT DANGER": a miracle solution too often ignored! • LE DANGER GRAVE ET IMMINENT" : SOLUTION MI...
