東京の銀座1丁目にある「銀座水野」さんで、会席料理ランチをしてきました。訪問日は2026年5月です。銀座水野さんの最寄駅は都営浅草線の宝町駅で、A1出入口から徒歩３分位の距離にあります。東京メトロ日比谷線・都営浅草線東銀座駅や東京メトロ有楽町線銀座一丁目駅からも近いので、どちらを選んでも良いと思います。 今回は「お昼の寿山」コースを予約しました。お一人様消費税・サービス料込で JPY10,989 で、予約は必須ですが高級魚介や旬の食材が散りばめられたコースになっていて、本当にお勧めです。 ただ動画で出てくる料理の数々は、同じコースであっても食材の仕入れ状況により、同じ内容にはならないことは予めご了承ください。 是非こちらの動画をご覧頂きご予約の上、銀座水野さんでの会席料理を楽しんで下さいませ。 I recently enjoyed a kaiseki lunch at "Ginza Mizuno" in Ginza 1-chome, Tokyo. My visit was in May 2026. Ginza Mizuno is located about a 3-minute walk from Exit A1 of Takaracho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. It's also close to Higashi-Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Asakusa Line, and Ginza-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, so either is a good choice. This time, I booked the "Juzan Lunch" course. It costs JPY 10,989 per person, including tax and service charge. Reservations are essential, but the course features high-quality seafood and seasonal ingredients, and I highly recommend it. However, please note that even with the same course, the dishes shown in the video may not be exactly the same due to ingredient availability.
