仙台市にある「鮨徳」に再訪しました。訪問日は2025年7月でございます。鮨徳は2022年6月にオープンした比較的新しい鮨屋ですが、既に仙台ではトップクラスの人気を誇ります。大将は東京銀座の名店「鮨竹」などで修業され、ご自身の地元の仙台で開業した鮨店です。 最寄駅は仙台市営地下鉄南北線の勾当台公園駅で駅から徒歩5分とありますが、初見では鮨徳を見つけ出すのは大変だと思うので、仙台駅からタクシーをお勧めします。 是非、鮨徳の実力をこの動画でお楽しみくださいませ。 I revisited Sushitoku in Sendai City. The date of my visit was July 2025. Sushitoku is a relatively new sushi restaurant that opened in June 2022, but it is already one of the most popular in Sendai. The owner sushi chef trained at famous restaurants such as Sushitake in Ginza, Tokyo, before opening this sushi restaurant in his hometown of Sendai. The nearest station is a 5-minute walk from Kotodai Park Station on the Sendai Municipal Subway Namboku Line, but it may be difficult to find Sushitoku on your first visit, so I recommend taking a taxi from Sendai station.
