A complete contrast to my previous trip to the freezing Gamla Stan! This time, with "Modern Stockholm" as my theme, I ventured a little further to Djurgården Island. I've been trying to save money as much as possible while sightseeing in Sweden, where prices are high, but this place was an exception. It was the only place I "paid" (paid an entrance fee) to visit: the ABBA Museum. It was a fun time, like being under ABBA's spell! In the evening, I enjoyed Scandinavian design at the long-established department store NK, but ultimately ended up having dinner at Max Burgers, a Swedish fast-food chain. And to conclude my trip, I experienced a true late-night "Fika" with Semla (a traditional sweet) and coffee, purchased from 7-Eleven.
