DESCRIPTION Welcome to my Knee Friendly workout series. These 4 workouts are designed to tone your whole body without any stress on the knees. There are a lot of mat exercises using different equipment to increase the challenge, as well as standing exercises. No squats or lunges in sight and no kneeling mat work either, so whether you have an injury or have knee pain in general, this series is the one for you! No equipment, no problem - you can still do all the exercises with just your own body weight. In Knee Friendly Core you will use a Pilates ball to increase the intensity of side laying, pretzel and back laying core exercises. You will see leg sweeps, tucks and lifts, pretzel twists and lifts and a laying series working the inner thighs and lower abs. Finish with some mobility work to stretch the side body and continue to target the abs with seated exercises. Variations are shown throughout for easier modifications.
