Residents of Masiphumelele, near Fish Hoek, have started the long and slow process of rebuilding their lives following a devastating fire in December that destroyed more than a thousand structures. The Western Cape Government says it has set aside R32-million to provide temporary structures, water, and sanitation facilities for affected residents.
