🍪👩🏻‍🍳 Chocolate Crinkles Mini Recipe 🍫 | Bake with Me

Sofy, chewy and fudgy chocolate crinkles. It's my favourite cookie & gives me nostalgia from childhood. 🍫 Chocolate Crinkles Cookies Recipe - makes 28-30 mini crinkles Ingredients: • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 2 eggs (room temperature) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/4 tsp salt • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 cup all purpose flour Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix the sugar and oil together. 3. Add cocoa powder and fold until combined. 4. Add the eggs and vanilla. 5. Freeze for 2-3 hours. 6. Scoop into 1 tbsp and dip into granulated sugar and powdered sugar. 7. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes. If you love this recipe, check out my other recipes.
