This is the first class of the program and in this practice, we’ll establish some key movements and integrations within the body to progressively build a strong and vibrant dancer’s pose. The topic in this 5-day program is really close to my heart and something I've worked with a lot over the years and I still continue to work with. It’s not only about building a strong dancer’s pose, but ultimately this program is about embracing who we are fully and finding home in ourselves. Make sure you have a strap and it has a little loop in it that's big enough to get your foot through easily.
