The Solar on My Bus Makes NO SENSE (Toyota Coaster)

I thought buying a Toyota Coaster bus with solar already installed would make van life easy. Two 250W panels. Brand new AGM batteries. Wires everywhere. And yet… I had no power. In this video I start working out why my solar system makes absolutely no sense, and why I realised most people (including me) think about solar the wrong way. This is not a technical solar tutorial — this is me trying to understand what I actually need before I throw more money at panels and batteries.
