I finally removed the entire windscreen from my Toyota Coaster to fix the hidden rust and those stubborn leaks once and for all. This project escalated quickly—from cutting out metal and welding in new panels to keeping a "fire watch" with a spray bottle because of the flammable insulation in the roof! Kevin and I worked for days to get it right, but you won't believe the results when I finally tested it with a hose at the end.
