This is Sato from Meshi to Okido (Meals and Travel). This time, I visited Fukagawa in the fall. Fukagawa is one of Hokkaido's leading rice-producing areas. It was the beginning of the new rice harvest, so I went there to enjoy some delicious food. It also boasts the second-largest soba cultivation area, and I'd love to try the famous Tadoshi soba. While I wasn't able to visit this time, I'll definitely try the soba next time.
