北海道の蕎麦を食べ尽くす！２５市町村目の滝川市！

In this video, I'm going on a soba noodle tour of Takikawa City, our 25th city or town. I've been to Takikawa City before, but based on information I received from a viewer, I'm going to try a new restaurant. 　The first place is Maruni, one of my favorite soba restaurants, where I'll have tempura soba. I heard that their tempura is delicious, so I decided to give it a try! So, how did it taste? 　The second place is "?! Shokudo," located inside a fresh grated daikon supermarket. Apparently, the restaurant's name is pronounced "Aoi Shokudo." I was blown away by the soba here. They mill buckwheat flour produced in Horokanai, and make everything from flour to noodles, all in-house. I was blown away by the refreshing aroma of the 100% buckwheat soba. What a refreshing aroma! I was even more surprised to see authentic soba at a supermarket! 　The third place I went to was Takadaya Shokudo. I had tempura soba here last time, but I couldn't help but be curious about something called chap donburi. So instead of soba, I had chap donburi! It's truly a traditional taste! The most popular dish was the chap bowl. Hokkaido is the number one producer of soba in Japan.
