In an interview with the program "Desde la Redacción" on La Tercera, the mayor, while acknowledging that "there were no agreements, and that's true," emphasized that the intention of the attending mayors was to engage in dialogue and put ideas on the table. The mayor admitted that she left with a feeling of "hope." “I’m left with the attitude, the openness to dialogue, the possibility of sitting down and talking again, with facts on the table, leaving the caricatures aside, and ensuring that municipal budgets are not affected, because we are the ones who reach people first,” he stated.
