The awareness campaign to disseminate information on the legal texts relating to the new security governance concerning local and provincial security committees continued. On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Security, Decentralization and Customary Affairs, Jacquemain Shabani, launched this campaign in the city of Gbadolite, capital of the North Ubangi province in the north of the Democratic Republic of Congo, in the presence of the political, administrative and security authorities of this province.
