Alone on a Florida Island (Eating What I Catch)
I spent the day alone exploring an Island off the coast of St Pete Florida with nothing but what I could carry on my paddleboard. No crowds no plan just clear water empty shoreline and time to explore it the way it’s meant to be. I paddled across the channel made my way through shallow mangroves and spent the day fishing snorkeling and seeing what this island had to offer. I didn’t bring any food with me so the goal was to catch something out here and make a fresh ceviche right on the beach. There are parts of this island that are protected and closed off by land and water and once you see it you’ll understand why. These are the kind of days I want more of getting outside slowing down and reconnecting with something real. This is Chasing Passion.
