I've always focused on glowing up, evolving, changing for the better, but I realized that I was missing out on the whimsy and joy that is in everyday life. This week I decided to really take a break on trying to "fix" life and learn to settle into my life instead . Solo dates in New Orleans, cozy chore/reset days, enjoying the ordinary days - nothing extra special but it turned out to be one of the best weeks I've had in a while.
