Is it possible to tone and firm your glutes with bodyweight exercises? Absolutely! And I'll prove it to you with this video, which I encourage you to try :) Follow the instructions I give you during the sequence and repeat it a third time if you like. It's a timed circuit for legs and glutes that you can do anywhere, as you won't need any equipment and will do everything with your own bodyweight.
