He explained that the business has changed: the historical premium for long-term rebilling (previously 70%) has fallen, forcing companies to seek new contracts under a current 50/50 split. He emphasized that the activity is currently driven by specific sectors such as energy, mining, and agribusiness. On a technical level, he warned about the pressure on rates due to an oversupply of 80 companies, the increase in claims after two years of the new economic model, and the threat of the recent customs resolution on sworn guarantees, which could shrink the market share.
