Ingredients: 200g rolled oats, ground into flour; 1 tsp salt; 2 tsp baking powder; 10g oregano; 2 eggs; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 medium carrot, finely grated; 15g psyllium husk; a handful of walnuts Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. 2 hard-boiled eggs; 2 tbsp Greek yogurt; black pepper to taste
