He served eight years in prison for one rape and nine for another, and after his release, he began living with the mother of many children. Child protection authorities in the Dalnekonstantinovsky District did not interfere. The grandmother hired a lawyer; they are filing complaints with the court, law enforcement agencies, and child protection authorities, but they are unable to retrieve the child. The grandmother, who lived with her grandson in the Krasnodar Krai, came to the Nizhny Novgorod Region and decided to share the story.
