Today our beloved ladies from AroundMeBD YouTube channel are cooking Mutton Lungs, Liver & Fat Mixed Tehari to feed over 450+ village people. They used fresh Mutton Koliza (liver), Fusfus (lungs) and Chorbi (fat) to prepare a delicious Tehari-style Biriyani using Pulao rice. First, all women together cleaned and cut the meat carefully, then mixed it with traditional village spices and cooked slowly in big pots over firewood. The aroma of this rich tehari filled the whole village!
