400+ People Enjoy Goat Lungs Bhuna Khichuri | ২৫টি খাসির ফুসফুস দিয়ে ভুনা খিচুড়ি রান্না

Today, the hardworking village women of AroundMeBD prepared a huge batch of delicious Bhuna Khichuri using around 25 goat lungs (fusfus) and liver. First, they finely chopped the fresh lungs and liver, washed everything thoroughly with clean water, and cooked the lungs with traditional Bangladeshi mutton spices until perfectly bhuna. Every spice used during the cooking process is shown as captions in the video. After preparing the bhuna lungs separately, they started cooking the khichuri with rice, lentils, and aromatic spices in a large pot. When the khichuri began to boil, the flavorful goat lungs bhuna was mixed into it, then cooked on low heat (dum) for about 15–20 minutes. The result was a rich, smoky, and delicious village-style bhuna khichuri. Finally, the cooked khichuri was served in large bowls, and more than 400 villagers sat together and enjoyed the meal.
