In their appeal, they criticize the judge for requiring them to prove the "absence of any criminal conduct." This comes after Peinado demanded on Monday that she justify using her passport solely for the trip, as the one she personally submitted to the Plaza de Castilla courthouse on Sunday lacked entry and exit stamps.
