The lawyer emphasizes that the ruling, which also applies to the president of the Badajoz Provincial Council, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, confirms the existence of a hierarchical structure specifically designed to allocate a public position and irregularly create the Office of Performing Arts. Pardo highlights the role of private prosecutions in what he describes as a highly hostile environment, denouncing the pressure exerted on the investigating judge and the agents of the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard, as well as the inaction or "second defense" exercised, in his opinion, by the Public Prosecutor's Office. Regarding the statements made by the Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, who described the court ruling as a "coup d'état," the president of Iustitia Europa dismisses the assessment as absurd and argues that it is the government itself that is staging "a coup against the state" by failing to objectively comply with court rulings and systematically resorting to the narrative of lawfare or judicial conspiracy.
