If it's deep inside, you can't use a "clamping" tool like pliers, so if you strip a Phillips screwdriver, it will be quite troublesome. First, scrape off the rust in the groove of the screw head so that the tip of the screwdriver can hit it properly. It will come off if you rub it with something with a sharp tip. Next, apply an impact with a through-hole screwdriver to allow the lubricant to penetrate. When turning, the basic rule is to push with "7" force and turn with "3" force!! ! 　＼_(･ω･`)This is important! If you follow these steps, you should be able to turn it unless it's in a very bad condition.
