折れたボルトを外す・サビつきでも取れる!

Suguremon Automotive Accessories Seiji Kuze In my recent video, "Cleaning the Engine Compartment of a Junkyard Light Truck with Magiclean," I broke a bolt while trying to loosen it. This time, I used a center punch to create a dent in the center of the broken M6 bolt, but it was slightly off-center. Because I continued working without re-punching it, the drill hole widened downward, and the pilot hole before tapping was too large. I was able to thread the bolt and tighten it. While not perfect, it still works fine as a bolt. If the center punch is off-center, I recommend re-punching it to create a dent near the center before drilling. Both bolts were also rusted, and if I loosened them as they were, they would definitely break. KURE 5-56 DX seems to have excellent penetration, and by repeatedly tightening and loosening the bolts little by little while spraying, I was able to easily remove the rusted bolts.
