Yin Yoga for Stillness | 20-min foundational practice

This foundational yin yoga practice moves through all five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine — earth, water, wood, fire, and metal — with passive poses held 3 to 5 minutes each. Yin is the balance to our fast, active lives: an invitation to slow down, soften, and move inward. Find your threshold of sensation — not too much, not too little — and let stillness do the work. I've intentionally left quiet space throughout. Less talking, more room to be.
