After a minute, stop the mixer activity and add 200 grams of flour and baking powder. Mix half a minute at medium speed, half a minute at high speed and turn off the mixer / mixers until mass is uniform. Brush a mold in butter, transfer the mass to the mold and pallets. Push the dough into the sides of the mold with a spoon (watch the tutorial video) Pour the confectioners, less spoon on the dough, lower the dough margins on the confectioner, brush the yolk over the edges and put in a baking oven for between 45 and 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, remove the cake from the oven, brush on the edges with a spoon of confit and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
