In this video I teach how to solve advanced polynomial equations. I present two key methods: the Integer Roots Theorem and the Rational Roots Theorem. I show how to apply the Integer Roots Theorem to find solutions for a polynomial with integer coefficients by testing the divisors of the constant term. Then I demonstrate how to use the Rational Roots Theorem to find fractional roots by checking the ratios of the divisors of the constant term and the leading coefficient. You will see how to test potential roots step by step and how to use Bézout’s theorem to simplify equations in order to find all solutions.
