Fill the liners completely, regardless of the size you use. ➡️Don't refrigerate the batter. I've included a short video here showing you how to prevent the cupcakes from rising properly. The effect is that the oven temperature drops because the batter is cold, so they take longer to bake, and the lower temperature will make them drier. ▶️#shorts • Shorts OVEN: 180ºC (350ºF) with fan.
