I used orange juice, but you can substitute the same amount of milk. Here are the exact ingredients for about 12 to 15 muffins. INGREDIENTS (For about 12 to 15 muffins) 200 g all-purpose flour 150 g sugar 2 large eggs 100 g mild olive oil or sunflower oil 150 g orange juice or 150 g milk, whichever you prefer (I used orange juice) Zest of one orange A splash of vanilla extract A pinch of salt 1 packet of Royal baking powder or 18 g baking powder.
