Anime with Lost English Dubs | Banned, Censored & Lost
A lot of anime never got an English dub, others did, but due to various reasons said dubs are lost today. In this video I'll take a closer look at three such examples. Heidi, Girl of the Alps, The Magical World of Gigi and Super Pig. Heidi is a classic in many parts of the world, but in the English speaking world its quite unknown, aside from a meme where Heidi pushed Clara down a cliff. The Magical World of Gigi or better known as Minky Momo is a very popular Magical girl anime from the 80s, that has one of the darkest plot twists that's still references in anime today. Its English dub can be partly found online, but most episodes aren't available. Super Pig or Tonde Burin is a humorous take on the Magical girls genre. All 51 episodes of the anime were dubbed into English twice, but both dubs are lost as of making this video. #anime #lostanimedub #heidi #minkymomo #lostmedia
