A Richland County crime scene investigator testified in the trial against gas station owner Rick Chow about evidence collected during the autopsy of 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton, including a recovered bullet and the teen’s injuries. The witness told jurors he documented and photographed the evidence, which was transferred through an official chain of custody from the coroner’s office.
