Alles zur Anfechtung - BGB AT 11
This video covers all the relevant knowledge on contestation for the BGB AT final exam. This video discusses the legal consequences of contestation (ex tunc nullity, § 142 I BGB), the exam format, and the most important exam problems. The exam format essentially consists of the following three points: declaration of contestation, § 143 BGB; grounds for contestation, §§ 119, 123 BGB; and contestation period, § 121, 124 BGB. The focus is primarily on the grounds for contestation, which is why all grounds for contestation are addressed separately: error in declaration (+ § 120 BGB); error in content; error in quality (error regarding essential characteristics); fraudulent deception (including deception by omission and deception by third parties); unlawful threats. In addition, the existence "upon making the declaration of intent" and causality are briefly discussed. -------------------------------------------- DOWNLOAD FILES: Practice exams for the German Civil Code (BGB AT): 👉 (Link not yet available) All relevant definitions/formulas from the German Civil Code (BGB AT) in one PDF: 👉 (Link not yet available) All relevant exam schemes from the German Civil Code (BGB AT) in one PDF: 👉 https://mega.nz/file/dJgR1SAJ#Cu0C6eD... -------------------------------------------- MENTIONED VIDEOS: Substitutes (including explanatory messengers): 👉 • Stellvertretung - BGB AT 09 German Civil Code (BGB AT) video series: 👉 • BGB AT für die Abschlussklausur (komplett) The Law on Minors (Next Video): 👉 • Alles zur Minderjährigkeit in 23 Minuten -... -------------------------------------------- 0:00 Legal Consequences of Avoidance, Section 142 I BGB 1:58 Examination Scheme for Avoidance 2:32 1.
