Gustavo, inspired by the Estonian model, sought to apply the same digitization principles in his province of Neuquén. He tells us what true digital transformation entails and why this model is superior to all others. An engineer, innovator, and self-taught in everything he wasn't taught, he doesn't stop until he manages to bring together everything he can contribute. This has led him to build everything from bridges over a river to bridges between ideas and paradigms. He created a company called ThinkNet (thinking in a network) to address complex changes where diverse actors, interests, theories, and technologies converge, achieving successful transformations. He lives in Neuquén with Mónica, his wife and partner who supports him in all his crazy ideas. They have four children, two grandchildren, and another on the way.
