Wales coastal path - Walking between Llansanffraid and Aberystwyth in new shoes.

Today I am walking along the Welsh coastal path in Ceredigion between Llansanffraid and Aberystwyth. I am continuing to test my audio and video equipment and talking about what it is like to be in your fifties and walking for physical and mental health.
