Walking the wales coastal path - Carmarthen to Llansteffan.

Today I am walking along the Welsh coastal path in Carmarthenshire between Carmarthen and Llansteffan, due to a faulty van! I am continuing to test my audio and video equipment and talking about what it is like to be in your fifties and walking for physical and mental health. Stress levels are high today due to a stressful week. I am still eating healthily. If you're suffering from stress... please walk every day. Leave a comment and let me know how you get on.
