This video is the third installment in Date City. This concludes the Date series. The soba restaurants I visited were Chikubayashi, which will be my 118th, and Kuon, which was scheduled to be my 119th. At Chikubayashi, I had kakiage tempura soba for 1,400 yen. However, I didn't make a reservation at Kuon, which had the highest Google rating among all the soba restaurants in Date City, so I wasn't able to eat soba there. What a shame. If you're interested, I recommend giving them a call before you visit. Since I wasn't able to get in, I went to Restaurant Nozomi Yotei in Toyako Onsen Town, which is open in the evenings. While it's not a soba restaurant, it serves excellent hamburgers.
