SPRAWL zero Demo - Just learned about this title a few days ago | Steam
[streamed 6/27/2026] ** Please make sure to check out the TIMESTAMPS below! You will be able to skip right to the important story sections and skip the really long intro (17 minutes) and one section where I'm trying to figure out how to get through a wall because I was not getting the prompt to use the Gravity Gloves but clearly it was a destructible wall and was the only way to a chest, that I could see. I did look for alternative entries because I thought, perhaps, there I would get the wall prompt on the other side of the wall. Long explanation but do jump ahead using the timestamps! ** ** TIMESTAMPS ** 0:00-4:30 Opening Creds/Title Screen 4:35-15:38 Long-winded INTRO (Might want to skip) 15:40-16:39 Difficulty Settings Description 16:39-19:02 Demo Description (Chapters) 19:05-21:02 Prologue 21:09-55:26 Graveyard 1:00:59-1:17:35 Buried: Escape Underground Pt.1 1:23:05-1:28:07 Buried Pt.2 (Jump to this section) 1:30:20-1:31:20 Relic Fragment 1:38:44-1:57:25 Buried Pt.3 1:57:27-1:59:50 Seraph Fight 2:00:23-2:07:50 Buried Pt.4 (Trainyards) 2:07:55-2:18:20 Buried Pt.5 (Sightless Sisters) 2:18:30-2:27:46 Seraph EVASION/Demo End 2:27:47-2:28:13 Closing comments/Stream ends Game Description: -- Title Spawn zero (DEMO) (Sprawl zero is actually a prequel/origin story. I vaguely recall hearing about the first Sprawl but after checking out some gameplay for this description, I am going to install it on my PS 5 - if it's still available - or my Steam. One other thing of note: There was WALL RUNNING in the first but that was removed from the prequel. At least for the demo.) -- Full Release Date not set yet. Description just states it will be "coming soon" -- The DEMO features a Prologue and two (2) Chapters: Graveyard + Buried -- What is it? Per Playstation Store: "Sprawl Zero is a first-person shooter inspired by 2000s console FPS games. Both the aesthetics and design sensibility call back to the Golden Age where the genre evolved from shooting in corridors to building worlds. A City on the Brink. You play as FIVE, a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier controlled by the Junta." Per Steam Store: "SPRAWL zero is a fast-paced shooter inspired by the Golden Age of 2000s FPS. Survive a brutal cyberpunk city collapsing under military rule and cult fanaticism. Use your Gravity-Gloves, augments, and an arsenal of over 40 weapons to crush those who stand in your way." https://store.steampowered.com/app/37... -- Developer: MAETH -- Publisher: Kwalee Character Classes in the DEMO: -- JUNTA: Ruling Body of the Sprawl (humongous megaloplis) and who has sent FIVE (Player-Character for the DEMO) to eliminate the IMAGO-DEI: A religious cult filled with zealots, fanatics and members willing to give their lives for the cause. They are led by Silas. The cult consists of (among others); Dregs, Overseers, Sightless Sisters, etc. and are aided by combat drones and larger flying attack drones. At this point; I do NOT have a clue who are the good guys or the bad guys. In fact; I'm not even sure the character I play as (FIVE) could be classified as good or bad. Seems more anti-hero than anything or just straight up killing machine with no emotion, no sympathy or empathy, and perhaps a complete disregard for life - a programmed assassin who unquestionably follows orders? Questions, questions. Hopefully I get more info soon. But I AM quite intrigued and Sprawl zero is absolutely on my radar! ;) -- Broadcasted live on Twitch -- Watch live at / tom_h_lives
