Dough ingredients: 1kg flour 10gr yeast 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons sugar 2 eggs 700ml lukewarm milk (approximately) Knead all of this and make a dough that is left to rise, in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead again and leave for another 30 minutes to rise. For the filling, the quantities were by eye: braza, eggs and semolina, I did not add salt (the cheese was already salty). Enjoy your meal!❤
