Applying children’s advice to organisation issues | Frans van Rooij | TEDxVenlo

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Organisations must go forward, innovate. Frans van Rooij has an extraordinary Advisory Board at his company to solve strategic issues at organisations – the ideas of a group of 11-year olds! What started out as an experiment by Frans saw him become so enthusiastic he decided to continue. With the participation of these children in ‘flocks’ (a swarm of various experts) their ideas for organisations are certainly worth bearing in mind. The future belongs to young people. Frans van Rooij takes this literally; youngsters can form a point of departure for essential innovations and innovative insights. In an interesting plea he shares his belief and faith in 11-year olds on 14 November. Consultant About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
