Spicy🔥 Jalapeno Pizza Recipe | Thin Crust Pizza | How to Make Jalapeno Pizza | Cook Flair Ingredients: (Dough) -Lukewarm Water (Nem Garam Pani) 1/2 cup -Instant Yeast (Khameer) 1 tbsp -All-purpose Flour (Maida) 2.5 cups -Egg (Anda) room temperature (1) -Salt (Namak) 1/2 tsp -Oil (1/2 tsp) (Chicken Marination): -Boneless Chicken (300 g) cubes -Ginger Garlic (Adrak Lehsan) paste (1 tsp) -Lemon Juice (Lemo Ka Rus) 1 tbsp -Cumin (Zeera) powder (1/2 tsp) -Paprika Powder (1 tbsp) -BBQ (Tikka) Masala (1 tbsp) -Chili Flakes (Kuti Lal Mirch) 1 tbsp -Salt (Namak) 1/2 tsp or to taste -Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) powder (1/2 tsp) -White Pepper ( Safaid Mirch) powder (/2 tsp) -Mustard Paste (1 tbsp) -Oil (2 tbsp) -Water (Pani) 1/3 cup (Assembling): -Homemade Pizza Sauce (as required) -Pizza Cheese (as required) -Tomatoes (Timatar) cubes -Onion (Pyaz) cubes -Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) cubes -Jalapeno (slices) -Oil (for brushing) -Oregano (sprinkle) Method: (Prepare Dough) -In a bowl, add lukewarm water and instant yeast; mix & rest for 5 mins. -Add egg and salt; mix again. -In a bowl, add all-purpose flour and yeast mixture; knead to make a soft dough. -Apply oil, cover & rest for one hour in a warm place or until it doubles in size. -Grease the pan with the oil brush. -Sprinkle flour to avoid stickiness and knead again. -Roll out the rectangular dough. -Prick it with a fork. (Prepare Chicken marination): -In a bowl, add chicken, salt, black pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, paprika powder, lemon juice, cumin powder, and tikka masala. -Mix well and marinate for 15-20 mins. -In a wok, add marinated chicken and water, cover and cook for 8-10 mins.
