International Model with Williams Syndrome
Mamie Rose lives in Ponsonby, one of the Queer hubs of Auckland City. She is a spritely 21 years old and lives with Williams Syndrome, an intellectual disability that can be recognized through facial features, and the stature of the person and normally comes along with learning disabilities. Mamie identifies as bisexual and is passionate about the LGBTQIA+ community. She has come out in recent years and is going through that process but doesn’t feel like she needs to hide who she is. Mamie is a model who has done shoots for Vogue Italia and other international brands. She is currently working towards a fashion shoot along Karangahape road to express her pride. She will be exploring Karangahape Road eclectic op shops for the perfect outfit for the photoshoot.
