Scott Peterson: The New Evidence: How New Science Makes Case 'Ripe for a Retrial' (Exclusive)

Attorney Chris Pixley chats with ET about his involvement in the new docuseries 'Scott Peterson: The New Evidence,' available now on A&E. In the show, Pixley teams with the Los Angeles Innocence Project and the nation's foremost evidence experts to reexamine the Scott Peterson case with modern science and newly-uncovered evidence, more than 20 years after the California salesman was sentenced to life in prison for murdering his pregnant wife, Laci. The LAIP argues Scott's constitutional rights were violated based on false evidence and testimony presented during Scott's 2004 trial. The organization is currently lobbying the courts for a retrial.
