Transport Fever 2 - Recreating the Scottish Central Belt Welcome to series 3 of our Transport Fever 2 let's play and our third installment of the Recreating Railways series. This time around we'll be heading off to the beautiful Scottish Central Belt, recreating as much as we can possibly squeeze into the largest map size, at 1:2 scale. We start with a blank map (baring Cambuslang), created by Oswyn. It has outlines for the current rail network, including most stations and track. I'll be recreating the rail, road, countryside and docks to the best of my abilities. This will include accurate passenger services (both rail and road) and some improvised rail and road freight. All that, and we'll not only visit steam, early diesel, diesel and electric rail but we'll attempt to make the map profitable by the end of the series.
