2k Rowing Training Program Review (Wolverine, Pete Plan) + My Results

In this video I cover some of the most popular 2k rowing training programs like The Pete Plan and Wolverine Plan, as well as the one I used which got me a 26 second PB in just 8 weeks! The 2000m row is a real test of fitness and you need a lot of determination to push yourself to the end for a fast time. For guys the magic mark is under 7 minutes and for girls probably around 7:30.
