Will it be good? Average? Or maybe terrible? Solina is an exceptionally unpredictable reservoir, where success is determined by literally everything – from wind direction, to depth, to the current fish concentration. This year, fate assigned us spot number 16. Previous ECC editions had shown that it wasn't the easiest, but instead of complaining, we immediately got down to business. 💪 There was a lot of work waiting for us on site: building the base, preparing all the equipment, and precise sounding. We checked every inch of the bottom with a sonar, a pole, and an underwater camera to find the perfect carp table. 🐟 There was also plenty of humor and perspective... There were Mateusz's burgers, Olympic-style diving, and a ton of emotions, showing that carp fishing in Solina is more than just a competition. It's passion, patience, and a constant battle with nature – but above all, it's also good fun and incredible memories. 🌊🔥 This edition was challenging, and Solina wouldn't fully open up to us, but we're not giving up. We'll definitely be back and try our hand at it next year!
