I Have A Confession

For years, people in my comments warned me about something. And honestly… I didn’t believe them. When I first started posting videos online showing the way that I walk while living with Cerebral Palsy, those clips quickly went viral. Millions of people saw them, and with that came thousands of comments - curiosity, support, questions, and advice. At the time, I felt unstoppable. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve started reflecting on some of the things people used to say… and what it means to take care of a body that moves differently. In this video I’m sharing a personal confession about: • what I’ve learned after years of living with cerebral palsy • how my mindset has changed as I’ve gotten older • the reality of listening to your body • and why hindsight really is 20/20 Living with cerebral palsy means your relationship with your body is always evolving. What worked for me in my 20s doesn’t necessarily work the same way now - and that’s something I’m learning how to navigate in my 30s. This video is an honest reflection on growth, awareness, and adapting along the way. 💬 I’d love to hear from you: Have you ever had a moment where you realized something about your body or your life that you didn’t understand before?
