Living alone with cerebral palsy at 33 has been one of the biggest transitions of my life. After years of living with roommates, this is my first time truly living alone - and it has been both empowering and challenging in ways I didn’t expect. In this video, I’m answering your questions about what it’s really like living alone with cerebral palsy, including how I manage daily tasks, cooking, safety, and staying independent while listening to my body. I talk about the physical realities of living alone with CP, the emotional side of independence, and the systems I’ve had to create to make my home work for me.
